We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking and Cancellation Fees

To cover processing costs, the following fees apply:

  • Restocking Fee:Β A fee of 15% of the item's purchase price will be deducted from the refund for all returned items.Β 
  • Cancellation Fee:Β Orders canceled after processing but before shipment are subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the order value.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibilities are as follows:

  • Within the United States and Canada:Β We provide a prepaid return shipping label upon request.
  • Other Regions:Β Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

This allows us to assess the issue and correct it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for return, including:

  • Swim-suits
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
